The WASSIT power plant is located in the Diyala province of Iraq and is the third largest city in the province with a population of 520,000. In the context of the “Belt and Road”, Iraq has become an important overseas market for Chinese companies. On the one hand, the successive wars have broken the Iraqi domestic industrial system. On the other hand, the “One Belt, One Road” policy has also provided considerable convenience and support to countries along the Iraqi and other countries.
For thermal power plants, the importance of boilers is self-evident, but the performance of the burners will directly determine the efficiency and stability of the boiler operation, thus affecting power generation. On this basis, the WASSIT power plant, after extensive market research, finally decided to cooperate with EBICO to purchase the EC12R burner and adapt the 35t/h power plant to start the boiler.
EC12R burner is one of the core products of EBICO. The combination of open-type split low-carbon and intelligent numerical control technology makes the combustion efficiency close to 100%. Ultra-fine air distribution and central premixing technology make NOx emission extremely low and discharge. The quantity is lower than the European Level 3 standard.
