The chemical fiber textile industry has always been the hardest hit by air pollution and water pollution. With the continuous advancement of the “coal to gas” policy in Zhejiang Province, the trend of low nitriding of boilers and combustion equipment is inevitable. Xinfengming Group chose to cooperate with Eurobond to purchase EP10GE (H.FGR) series burners and adapt to 16 million kcal thermal oil furnaces. The flue gas internal circulation, water injection spray combustion and graded flame split layer combustion technology used in the Ou Bao burner can effectively reduce NOx emissions. According to the inspection data of the special inspection institute, when the hot air temperature is 144 degrees Celsius, NOX emits 17 PPM.
