Complete List of Burner Accessories
Burner is a highly automated mechatronic equipment that involves complex components and can be divided into six major systems based on their functions: main structure, control system, ignition system, fuel supply system, combustion system, and power system
1、 Main structure.
This component constitutes the main structure and contour of the burner. It includes the shell and related components, and products on other functional systems are installed on the main structure.
2、 Control system.
This section of products includes controllers, servo mechanisms (motors and hydraulic cylinders), flame monitors, pressure or temperature switches, etc.
1. Controller: The core part of burner control, including a process management controller called a proportional regulator, a gas leak detector used to detect valve leakage points, etc. All actions are responsible for collecting and triggering, equivalent to the burner's brain.
2. Servo mechanism: All electric servo motors and mechanical transmission hydraulic cylinders are included in the control system, because the former and the program controller form a closed-loop control system, while the latter's power source is the oil pump, and its execution instructions are actually triggered by the controller to control the opening and closing of the air door.
3. Flame monitor: This name is becoming increasingly popular in the industry, detached from its actual function, and ultimately confused with controllers that only control opening and closing through flame signals. The only controllers that can monitor actual flames are photoresistors and phototubes, as well as ion probes that can detect flame ions. If the power can be turned on and off by itself, it is more suitable to call a controller.
4. Pressure and temperature switches: Broadly referred to as pressure or temperature sensors. The gas switch in the pressure switch - the gas switch, is often used to control the gas burner, while the air pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no forced air supply, it will generate air pressure and cut off the power supply of the entire machine). In high viscosity fuels, temperature switches are often used to control the heating temperature of heavy oil or residual oil products.
3、 Ignition system.
This section includes a fire source transformer, ignition electrodes, and high-voltage lines.
1. Ignition transformer: It is a product used to generate high voltage current, discharge through the electrode tip, and ignite the burner. It is a product with very low technological content, and is also considered a replica with very low technological content.
2. Igniting electrode: Products without technical content are not recommended for use.
3. High voltage wire: It is a type of power cord that is resistant to high temperature and high voltage.
4、 Powertrain.
For ordinary burners, only the electric motor is related to power.
5、 Fuel supply system.
For a burner, this is a relatively complex system, including an oil pump, nozzle, fuel heater, oil cup, oil pipe, fuel solenoid valve, gas valve (including gas solenoid valve), gas regulator, gas filter, etc.
6、 Combustion system.
The most technologically advanced system in the burner industry. In fact, no matter how advanced the electrical products responsible for control are or how good the oil pump manufacturing is, these technical levels and methods are not related to the capabilities of the burner manufacturing plant itself. However, the design of the combustion system depends on oneself. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the ability of the burner. This section of products includes combustion tubes, forced air blower impellers, flame discs, oil guns, gas core tubes, and internal or external diffusion heads. These products form an air fuel premixing device.
