The rise of the shipbuilding industry has increased the demand for marine burners in China, and the lack of production suppliers in China is almost entirely dependent on imports. High-priced imports consume a lot of foreign exchange and cannot be delivered in time.

  After entering the 1990s, with the strengthening of national power, the pace of industrial modernization has accelerated, and land-fired burners have begun to be applied, and the scope has continued to expand. After several years of development, domestic burner manufacturers such as Guizhou Hangfa, Hubei Yanshi, Zhejiang Torch, Wuxi Weili, Tangshan Sands, Beijing Jinruihua and Notte Feibo Combustion Co., Ltd. have appeared.

  After entering the year 2000, the national economy has entered a fast lane. In particular, the bid for the Beijing Olympic Games was successfully held in 2008, which greatly stimulated the creativity of our people. Under the unified leadership of the party and the government, with the help of the infrastructure construction of the Beijing Olympic Games (including the improvement of Beijing's ecological environment), all walks of life have set off a climax of economic construction, and the combustion industry has also been further developed. A number of new domestic burner manufacturers have emerged and emerged, such as: Wuxi Saiweite Burner Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (MAGNATE) Shanghai Lingyun Ruisheng Combustion Equipment Co., Ltd. (HOFAMAT), Shanghai Huazhibang Technology Co., Ltd. (Huazhi State), Yueyang Yuanda Thermal Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (YUANDA), Yueyang Far East Energy Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. (YDE), etc. These new and old domestic burning know that they are competing with each other and have their own characteristics, and jointly built up China's burning industry.

  Domestic burners are divided into boilers and other complete supporting equipments (burners, fuel supply systems, combustion air systems and control systems), burners and metallurgical industries (dominated burners - industrial burners). The difference between the burner and the industrial burner is different. The requirements of the two are not the same. There are three major production clusters in the domestic burners, namely the Wenling small carbon burning gas production cluster in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. , Wuxi Shanghai area large burner production cluster and Hunan Yueyang industrial burner production cluster.

  Although the domestic manufacturing industry has undergone more than 20 years of development, new enterprises are still emerging, but the levels among enterprises are uneven. Most enterprises still imitate the production of foreign burner products, especially the conventional fuel power is 700kW. The following integrated machines lacked independent research and development capabilities, and few products with independent innovation appeared. In the case of non-conventional fuels, such as coke oven gas, producer gas, blast furnace gas and coal tar, because of the international use of fuel, there are fewer imported brand products, and some domestic burners are already in the leading position in the industry. The featured products can cover the fuel range of residual oil, asphalt, coal tar, biogas, coke oven gas, producer gas, blast furnace gas, chemical exhaust gas, etc. The single power ranges from 35kW to 56000kW.

  New developments require new technologies, and continuous improvement of environmental standards requires new developments in the burner industry. Future burners will develop in the following areas:

  1. Efficient energy conservation and environmental protection (low nitrogen or ultra low nitrogen) emissions will become the main pursuit of burner development.

  2. Unconventional fuels (such as blast furnace gas, chemical flammable tail gas, etc.) special burners are included in the low nitrogen emission requirements.

  3. Biomass fuel low nitrogen burners are more and more widely used.

  4. Solid and liquid hazardous substances strive to achieve pollution-free incineration and environmental protection standards.

  5. Intelligent and information products are increasingly popular.

  6. The development of the Internet of Things provides convenience for remote service in the burner industry.

  7. Service-oriented enterprises such as burner operation, application and maintenance will gradually develop.

  8. The domestic burner supporting components industry has gradually grown and replaced imports.
