2.It is forbidden to strike or rub the air supply pipeline with wrench or metal rod to avoid causing static electricity or spark and causing gas explosion.
3.Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited in the air supply valve set or the flange face of the pipeline.
4.It is strictly forbidden to conduct any open fire test near the pipeline and valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid serious accidents.
5.Test whether there is fuel in the air supply line, usually with a gas low pressure meter test.
6.In the air supply pipeline, is the empty, but there are residual gas or liquid droplets on the wall, such as electrostatic spark and open fire will also cause combustion and explosion.
7.When the air supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve set is in trouble, it is necessary to remove it. First, the front front main valve of the valve set must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve set should be emptied, before the disassembly and maintenance of the valve set can be carried out.
8.In debugging, gas must be serious, safe and efficient.
9.No explosion-proof electric power tools are allowed on site.
