  In order to achieve environmental protection and low nitrogen emission, gas boiler should consider from three aspects. First, confirm whether the furnace meets the needs of low nitrogen combustion from the heat load parameters of furnace volume and furnace size.Second, confirm the application of low nitrogen combustion technology from the perspective of burner and report the test results in actual use;Three related equipment matching to confirm its rationality from a combustion system, such as single and double fan parameters, flue gas recycling rate, smoke wind mixing way, the precipitation of condensate solution, cold air heating measures, FGR flame stability, FGR impact on the boiler thermal efficiency and so on, analyzed and equipment selection of boiler running safety, stability, the influence of load rate, especially the FGR flame stability of furnace vibration influence;Finally, the conclusion is drawn whether the selected boiler meets the requirement of low nitrogen environmental protection emission.

  The air/fuel linkage mechanism includes two servomotors, damper adjusting execution structure and gas flow regulating mechanism.The heat signal is needed to drive the air servo motor and the gas servo motor respectively at the same time.The fuel gas passes through the fuel gas flow adjustment mechanism, and the combustion air passes through the damper adjustment actuator to adjust the input amount of combustion air and fuel gas synchronously in proportion.

  In order to ensure that there is an appropriate air/fuel ratio in all working conditions within the load regulation range, a motor is set on the damper and gas flow control valve to adjust the amount of combustion air and gas at each position, so as to achieve full combustion under the condition of low excess air coefficient.When the servo motor rotates, its output shaft directly drives the connecting rod to adjust the valve opening and gas flow valve opening respectively.In the process of debugging, according to the value of combustion supporting air and gas flow in the condition of small fire and big fire, the starting and ending positions of connecting rod linkage stroke are set.
